Donna Partin has dedicated many years to voluntary public service, to include her involvement as a board member and serving on various committees of United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, as well as serving as a member of the PA Leadership Council for National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and the PA Rehabilitation Council (PaRC). In addition, Ms. Partin has participated in various Down Syndrome support and fundraising groups and is a current board member of the Eagle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supplementing the academic, cultural, athletic, and activity programs of the Cumberland Valley School District. Ms. Partin has been an owner and President of a local Merry Maids, a professional cleaning business, for more than twenty years.
Ms. Partin has a BS in Physical Education from West Chester University and an MBA in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts.
Ms. Partin serves as the chairperson of the board of directors of D.R.E.A.M. As such her role is to be the chief corporate officer of D.R.E.A.M. and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of D.R.E.A.M., including, but not limited to, calling all meetings of the board and the executive committee, presiding over meetings of the board and executive committee, appointing the chairpersons and members of all standing and ad hoc committees (with the approval of the board), and serving as an ex-officio member of all committees.
